wine users - Feb 2012 - Wine menu items absent when building wine

Is it possible to get Wine to create menu items for it's tools (winecfg,
uninstaller, etc.) when manually building it?

Installing Wine from a repository does it, and I was just wondering if
there's a way to get the builder to do the same..
