Hello, once again I wanted to report about my latest Wiki documentation changes/improvements: New pages: * Winbind AD idmap backend https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/RFC2307_backend * Defining printer ports https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Network_Printer_Ports * List of Samba presentations https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Presentations Major changes: * https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Joining_a_Windows_Client_to_a_Domain Complete re-write with more details, many screenshots and not just about XP. * https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Samba_as_a_print_server Split the following from the HowTo to separate pages: * https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Configuring_Point_n_Click_Automatic_Printer_Driver_Deployment * https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Setting_up_a_GPO_for_trusting_printer_drivers * https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Enabling_new_paper_sizes_(Forms) * The pages about configuring printer stuff are now all describing the usage of the Print Management Console. This way is usable on all Windows versions (the old one wasn't on Win8). * Added several descriptions to https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Terms_and_Abbreviations Minor changes: * Replaced screenshots * Fixed links * etc. Regards, Marc
