I´ve several packages for latent class analysis, but I was wondering if there is a package for continuos variables, which allows latent prfile analysis. Thanks for your help in advance, J Toledo _________________________________________________________________ cial-network-basics.aspx?ocid=PID23461::T:WLMTAGL:ON:WL:en-xm:SI_SB_1:092 [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
Jon, There are packages that fit mixtures of multivariate normals (mclust) and in flexmix one can also model multiple measures (with local independence assumption). hth, Ingmar On Fri, Jan 15, 2010 at 11:08 AM, Jon Toledo <tintin_jb@hotmail.com> wrote:> > I扉e several packages for latent class analysis, but I was wondering if > there is a package for continuos variables, which allows latent prfile > analysis. > Thanks for your help in advance, > J Toledo > > _________________________________________________________________ > > > cial-network-basics.aspx?ocid=PID23461::T:WLMTAGL:ON:WL:en-xm:SI_SB_1:092 > [[alternative HTML version deleted]] > > > ______________________________________________ > R-help@r-project.org mailing list > https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-help > PLEASE do read the posting guide > http://www.R-project.org/posting-guide.html > and provide commented, minimal, self-contained, reproducible code. > >[[alternative HTML version deleted]]

[R] Create a function to number each repeated visit or measurements

[R] Create a function to number each repeated visit or measurements
For unsorted x, or for a factor x with unused levels, ave(integer(length(x)), x, FUN=seq_along) - 1 works.
