[Rd] RWeka can't evaluate classifier on new data (PR#13076)
Full_Name: Bin Ye Version: 2.7.2 OS: Window XP Submission from: (NULL) (146.9.105.101) command "evaluate_Weka_Classifier", option "newdata=" doesn't working. No matter you provide new data or not, it always gives you the confusion matrix evaluating with the training data.
