Howdy, I was just wondering if anyone out there has compiled R to run on the IBM BlueGene, and if so, could they share their compilation options / configuration? I'm using the bltrs_xlc XL compilers and getting errors about cannot compute size of int, which I interpret to be a problem with cross compilation.
