CentOS - Oct 2006 - OT: cacti on CentOS4 tutorial

Hi,

	I just wrote a mini-howto to the installation, configuration of cacti 
on a CentOS host.  Step-by-step, easy-to-follow instructions.

Please have a look, make comments and let me know if I should fix something.
